Check this BSE option chain . Don't look at BSE OI on the terminal, check on the BSE website, it is more accurate.
BSE is currently running incentives for brokers to trade on their exchange (this is being run as BSE F&O segment is new). So a lot of brokers trade during the day, but close all positions before the end of day. That is one of the reason many BSE option contracts have turnover, but you don't see any OI at all. But this might change as and when more people start participating on BSE.
