currently working on trade from charts along with changing complete GTT , giving trailing stop loss, exits based on profit and loss at individual position level or at portfolio level or strategy level.

I believe this trailing/dynamic GTT is already a work-in-progress.

Trailing order comes under algo trading, so that is not allowed for retailers and it won’t come.

Earlier, i guess, this was not possible, now that the rules around algo has been eased, i think this feature (Trailing SL or GTT) can be made available to retail investors.
