If after buying a 'Cover Order' we log out then does it remain in the system or get cancelled? Suppose it hit the stop loss while we log out then stop loss order will get completed or not?

As per above scenario , the orders got placed in our terminals and goes to exchange, so, even if you logout after placing order, it gets gets executed as per markets

If I have a Pending Coverorder . And I have to go out suddenly can I exit that cover order through the Mobile App.

Yes, it is possible to cancel an open or pending cover order through the app or web. Click on the cancel option on the buy leg to do so.
