If I have 2 demat acc. S linked to trading account can I combinely sell shares from 2 demat accounts.? For ex. I have 100BHEL in Acc 1 and 150BHEL in acc 2,then can I sell in a single order of 250?

Only one demat account can be linked to trading account seamlessly.

You should transfer the shares from Acc2 to Acc1 through DP slips, and use Acc1 which is linked to your trading account to sell them.
