Depends on dividend & perception of it
General dividends don’t have a major effect on prices. But special dividends may have some small effect on price.
Bonus or split reduces the price by the ratio of split or bonus issue
1:1 issue means stock. Price will be half
1:2 (L&t recent. Means 1 extra share for every 2 that u own. Here stock price reduces roughly by 33%)
Same with split.
