India rating upgrade seems to be a game changer. This came after 13 years. I feel at least 5% positive impact in November series itself is possible even from the current levels. Which means Nifty can reach 10800 and Bank Nifty 27000 in November itself. More upside is possible in subsequent months. What do you people think?
