Improvements in Kite Charts

Hi @zerodhaqa @nithin,

There are quite a few improvement areas in charts in kite:

  1. I cant put a horizontal line at exact level. it would be fine if i could double click on horizontal line and set the exact level
  2. I cant see exact level of Moving averages on past candles when i hover over a candle. It would be nice to see exact values of all indicators such as MAs, RSI, MACD etc whenever i hover over a past candle
