In an index ETF, the scrips are the same as that of index. My question is - is the contribution also the same?

Yes the % contribution is also the same. An index ETF has to mirror what the underlying index is doing.

Yes the contribution is same. Since the fund manager buys or sells in large quantities, even the rounding off error in buying whole number of shares is also taken care of. So its almost mirroring the index.

Yep, you can say an exact ‘photocopy’ of an Index.
