The ex-date for Indian Hotel rights issue was 4 Oct 2017 and record date was 5 Oct 2017. If you were a shareholder of Indian Hotel as of record date, then you are eligible for the rights issue. Through this issue, the company gives you the right to buy additional shares. They provide you this right by sending you an application form to your registered address. You will have to fill up the form and courier it to the address mentioned in the form within the cut-off date to be able to participate in the rights issue.
