Inferring from difference of TBQ and TSQ

Is there something we can infer from the difference of Total buy quantity and Total sell quantity?

Like one thing which I can think of is if TSQ is very greater than TBQ than more people want to sell that stock and more selling means price will go down(from what I have read till now)

Another way which I could think of is more people want to sell and if they are already in a buy position they are expecting price to go higher that is the market sentiment is bullish or another way we could think of is if TSQ is greater than TBQ and if they are not in position then the market sentiment is that the price will go higher and then fall.

These are three things which I could think of. Are they correct? and Is there anything we can interpret from TBQ and TSQ ?
