I have received money for investment in T-bills on maturity. However, I want a statement where I can see the interest income or the difference of amount received in Treasury Bills.

You get refund email from RBI retail direct (if you are using that platform) on the day of the announcement of the auction results.
In case of NSEgoBID, you do not receive the refund email, but you get the email from the depository participant on the credit of T-Bill in your demat amount. This email, however, do not specifically mention the amount of the refund but it indicates the amount of issue price.
I do not have any idea how BSE Direct or broker platform works.
PS. Difference between the bid amount and T-Bill issue price is called refund amount as T-Bills are issued on discount and redeemed at par.
