Do is need Tax AUDIT if I have incurred a loss of 3740 Rs in Intraday turnover (My turnover is around 3740 Rs.

I don’t want to get audited, can I take 44 AD Presumptive taxation and report 6 per cent profit.

Yes, you can opt for presumptive scheme and declare 6% presumptive profit i.e 225/- (round off) and pay tax accordingly.
