I have two demat accounts. Using my friends and relatives internet banking can i apply for IPO for these two demat accounts or everyone needs separate demat account???
No, one person cannot apply multiple times through multiple applications for an IPO. It’s a rule and if you apply in an IPO though multiple applications with same name or same demat account or same PAN Number, all of your application will be rejected.
If you would like to place order for multiple application, it works if you apply one each of your family member’s name. But again all eligible family members should have a demat account and a PAN number.

I can apply one application at a time with one PAN and in one of my demat account but a friend of mine can apply with his PAN and giving details of my another demat account??
No he cannot. His PAN must be linked with his own demat account.

Your both Demat account are Linked with your PAN number Its very easy to track down for system that both The applications are of same person.
