So, does it matter if I select NRML or should i select only MIS for intraday if I don’t maintain 50:50 ratio and don’t want to get penalised

The product type you use doesn’t matter. Even if you use NRML, as you are squaring off the position on same day it’ll be an intraday trade.

Sorry for poking you again. what if i left 0dte OTM expire worthless? will also be counted as intraday right? and no penalty?
