Is it not legal to sell yes bank fpo shares?

If we received fpo shares cannot we sell them from Monday? Saw this news in business standard as well. Please clarify
. Is the new ISIN to be frozen?

I think this is for brokers who allowed shares alloted under FPO to be sold before listing.

i think it is legal to sell, if shortselling is allowed then why it should not be allowed in YesBank. There was a chance of shares getting short delivery and the person who sold them did at his risk. Its simple, don’t know why what is wrong here and why SEBI is unnecessarily making trading hard.
