Say 10 partners putting Rs. 10 lac each & forming a LLP for the purpose of investing & trading in capital markets.

This may include investing in listed/unlisted companies, trading in F&O,currencies,etc.

Yes, it is possible. The entity could be an LLP, Partnership or Pvt Ltd.
