Is negative cash flow is good for the company/stock or bad? Should I invest whose cash flow is negative?

Negative cash flow is very bad for company, actually its positive cash flow which differentiate a good stock from junk stock

Negative Cash Flow is not good for company… Because in bad time or you can say when any global uncertanity happen… the company will survive to operate its daily works…
