Is open interest measured in lots or individual contracts? I can see some option strike prices of ITC having an open interest of 6, and maximum going till 700-800 even though each lot of ITC options contains 3200 contracts.
Please explain this?
At few places it is measured in lots and at few in quantities, both are okay, in your case obviously it is in number of lots.
