Is there a way to buy/sell the Nifty futures listed on the Singapore SGX?

Hey Guys,

I have some questions regarding the Nifty futures listed on the Singapore SGX exchange. The SGX Nifty is very useful especially premarket. I also see that it trades for almost 16+ hours a day. The value of the futures is changing every other minute. I use this link to track it : http://www.moneycontrol.com/premarket/

What I want to know is : Is there some real trading happening on the futures, especially later in the day. The future fluctuates a lot, especially during times of news post market hours or when the dow shows some clear trend.

And is there a way I can trade on these futures during off-market hours in our country. I think it can be very useful. Sometimes I realize I am in positions I dont want to be in after the market closes. I can use the SGX futures to offset them.

Is it possible? And what should I do to trade on the SGX Nifty Futures.

Thanks.

Regards

Arun.
