10 minute charts are available on Kite, both on ChartIQ and TradingView.

apologies. I wasn’t clear on my question. I meant to ask, 10 min historical data for equities. Like we have daily eod historical bhavcopy files.

this type of data you can maybe get only from data vendors like true data, esignal, global data feeds, etc… this will come at a cost though…
