Is there any chance to come back to trade suspended company in NSE? please advice us

The only way to trade suspended companies is off market, that is find someone who wants to buy and use delivery instruction slips for the transaction. It is quite tough though to find interested people, there are usually agents who can do this for you. (Try searching for the traditional brokerages in the Jain/Marwari neighborhoods).

It is removed from NSE, but it is still trading on BSE, so you can buy/sell on that.
