Is There any chance to get at T+2 day(wednesday) before 3.30 PM for selling trade on wednesday itself ?
Updating holdings on T+2 before 3.30 pm on trading platform will not be possible. I am guessing you are asking this because you are worried about short delivery.
Chances of auction by selling on T+2 day is extremely small. Even if someone short delivers, what you sold on wednesday (T+2) has to be delivered to exchange latest by friday(T+2 from wed). If the person who sold you the stock on monday defaulted, you will get it to your demat on thursday’s auction (T+3). So you will have shares to deliver on friday.
The only time it can be an issue is when on T+3 (thursday), exchange in auction couldn’t find you shares. In this case, exchange settles you in cash on thursday. On Friday, you will not have any stocks to deliver, you will only have cash, and hence you will default. Chance of this happening is extremely small (almost 0 if you are trading in the top 700 stocks).
