Is there any source(website) to check the promoters stake in the company.
As percent and number of shares he hold.

Yep, you can check this on NSE and BSE websites. On NSE this data is shown under company info>shareholding pattern.
Each and every company announces it’s shareholding pattern every quarter. You can keep track of it using the NSE companies tracker.
