nseindia site is showing next trading date 4 march while in their holiday calander its a mahashivratri holiday,can anyone clear this confusion?

But nse website (top right corner) says 4/march is trading day

4th March is trading holiday as per nse

holiday again, out of 365 days 120 days are just holidays. No wonder industrial production is low.
