Issue regarding Web Trading Platform

Sometimes the web trading platform does not refresh, so we need to clear the cache and then re login. Can some one provide a complete resolution for this problem?

Sometimes developers push updates in the background which will not be live until you delete the old data cached on your browser. And some other times you may have lost internet connectivity which suddenly stops the webpage from refreshing. Or you just may be one of those unlucky computer users.

Fear not, the quickest way to get a fresh page on any browser is Ctrl+Shift+R. This does a hard refresh on the webpage you're viewing.

Sometimes, only a hard refresh may not work so you'll have to clear your browsing history and try some other tricks. In most computer-based web browsers, to open menus used to clear your cache, cookies, and history, press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (for Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (for Mac).

If what's written above doesn't work for you, you can search your browser's Help menu for "clear cache".

Alternatively, you can visit this website if you need a PhD in clearing your browsing history.

Doesn’t this clear the useful caching done for other sites as well clearing out all stored passwords, images, CSS, JS that make other websites faster? I would like to avoid this clearing all the browser data.
How do we clear only content specific to Zerodha Kite?

Well, you’ll have to clear browsing data only for specific sites if your browser allows you. Or you’ll have to always use it in incognito mode. I just found this online:

Clear site-specific cookies and cache in Chrome
To delete cookies and cache for a specific site in Google Chrome, follow the instructions given below:

Launch Google Chrome and click on the Menu on the top right corner and click on Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and click on “Show advanced settings”.
Under Privacy section, click on Content Settings.
Under Cookies, click on All cookies and site data. It opens a new window with a list showing all stored cookies and cache.
Type the name of the website (for which you want to delete data, ex. Thomastonsavingsbank.com) in the “Search cookies” text box in the top right corner. The list is filtered showing only data from the searched domain.
Now delete individual site data by clicking on the cross at the right side, or clear everything in the filtered list by clicking on the Remove all button.
