Issue with order execution

Is there some issue with order execution?
I placed a BO SL buy order at 28423 for bank nifty mar fut.
Bank nifty is currently at 28553, however my order still didn’t get executed.

Is anyone else facing order execution problems in bracket orders specifically?
Missed out on move today.

if you had given little higher buy value , your order might have got executed …
there was a steep up move from 28400 to 28440
