Nifty today closed 11322. And Nifty 11300 PE closed at Rs. 168 for this week expiry. Its intrinsic value itself is Rs. 178, why is trading at 10rs. less than the intrinsic value itself ? Or does it follow futures price which is at 11448 ?
You mean 11500 CE? Discrepancies between price of Spot and value of Options occur all the time.
it’s intrinsic value is 0 as the option is OTM. The only value it has is time value.
