ITR showing as Under Processing but refund already sent

For AY 21-22, In the Income Tax portal my ITR is showing as Under Processing even though I have already received Intimation under section 143(1) and refund as shown is received in my Bank account. Can anyone tell me why it is still showing as Under Processing

Same here. Wait for couple of days. It takes time to update.
