actually jupyter notebook is just a place where you write your code like pycharm / VS code etc. It supports over 100s of languages.
Whereas pine script is entirely different. Its created by trading view.

If you want to do something related to stock market in trading view, then you can check out pine script.
Btw you cant write python in pine script. Both are different. Pine script is created by trading view.
If u want to work on python related projects then you can go for the other one. It depends on your needs.
