Kite - Downtime Hours

Hi,
I am seeing Kite is taking downtime of about 2 hours between 1 AM to 3 AM every day. As I work in the night shift, that is the time I mostly place orders.

Would you be able to reduce the downtime to 1 hour or less, I think that is reasonable.

Previously, I was using ICICI brokerage site, they are always up for placing the orders.

As I have seen Zerodha is pioneer in technology, I hope this can be implemented.

Please let me know your thoughts and when can be implemented.

We are working on this, hopefully in the next few months we will be able to run Kite 24/7

@nithin I have also the same complain. I think it’s down until 5 AM everyday which is too long.
