Limit is 5% price reaced UC but still rise percentage is short

Since last two sessions Adani power is closing at its upper circuit and limit is 5% and yet rise in percentage is short.

For ex - on friday it closed at somwhere around 4.94% and today closed 4.96% though closing at upper circuit how is this possible if limit is 5% ??

Adani Power on Friday closed at 53.45, 5% of this will be 2.6725 points, the tick size is 0.05, exchange can round it off to 2.7 points but that will exceed 5% limit, so it is rounded to 2.65 points, which happens to be 4.96% of 53.45.
