Can anyone please explain upto what price we can put limit order if circuit limit is 20% of any scrip?
Example - if stock is trading at Rs.100 and price band is 20% for that scrip, can we enter limit order of Rs. 85 or Rs. 115?

But as per NSE to avoid erroneous transaction, limit order can be kept upto 10% limit only. what’s true ?
The execution range is set by exchange for F&O contracts. Check this answer
With stocks, you can place limit orders within the price band set by exchange.
