LLoyd Dividend dividend missing

I had 60 shares of lloyd. Lloyd declared a dividend of 1.5 Rs and special dividend of 20. Total 21.5 Rs dividend per share.

I got 1200Rs.

Do I get 90 Rs separately.

I think you are talking about LEEL Electricals Limited (Symbol: LEEL ISIN: INE245C01019). The recent corporate action was SPECIAL DIVIDEND RS 20/- PER SHARE for which the Ex-Date was 08-Jun-2017. There was no other dividend announcement. Please check the nse market tracker llink for LEEL.

Thanks @vagar, I checked again. The final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share is subject to the approval of the shareholders. Here is the Corporate Announcement submitted to BSE on 30-May-2017. Hopefully, you will receive that within August, if approved.
