From next monday most likely we will start new pledge system in that all securities which are approved by clearing corporations will be allowed, few mfs are also in that list.

I see the “Pledge for Margin” option against Mutual funds. The haircut is also very low. Is it all functional 100% or we need to wait for official announcement?

This isn’t LAS, this option allows you to pledge your securities for margin, which you can use for Intraday Equity, Trading Futures and Selling Options.

Yes, Zerodha now enables you to pledge 1000 approved securities (Stocks & ETFs). It is a very good option for receiving a higher leverage. Zerodha will also be accepting mutual funds soon to provide collateral margin.
