> Hi community,
> I am working on a high-frequency scalping algo and need Nifty 50’s 5-second candle data (or raw tick data) spanning the last 10 years for historical backtesting.
>
> Since standard broker APIs cap history at 1-minute, I am stuck. Can anyone share or point me to a repository, cloud archive, or any alternative platform where I can find this deep tick data? Even a few years of historical raw files would be a great start.

> If a direct dataset isn’t possible, what is the most cost-effective way or vendor setup you guys use for sub-minute backtesting in India? Thanks in advance!

Well the data you are asking is pretty huge i dont really think anyone would store it just like that.

Maybe you can check with some of the [NSE-authorised real-time data vendors](https://nsearchives.nseindia.com/web/sites/default/files/inline-files/Authorized_Realtime_Data_Vendors.pdf) listed here. You might find a suitable option among them.
