The market open at 9.15 for all the investors,but before that the market pre opens at 9. What happens between 9 & 9.15.I think everyone should get a chance to enter the market at 9.There can be lot of manipulation in that period & I have often seen that this period determines the direction for the whole day. Many times we are not able to login in the market as many traders are logging at the same time

I never faced problems logging in at 9AM or during the PreOpen Session.
Quite an unusual situation. Time to ring up the customer support.
