can i trade mcx scripts using funds from my equity balance?
if no then how do i transfer funds to my commodity account?

SEBI/FMC have strictly guided the exchanges and all the brokerages to not allow trading on equity and commodity using the same funds. The only way to do this would be to place a withdrawal request in equity, and then transfer the funds back to commodity.
