Hi everyone…I have few shares of meghmani organics . Now it got delisted and my holding are not reflecting in my demat account. Can any put some light on it. Any information regarding the same

Meghmani Organics went through a demerger. Here’s how the demerger scheme works out:

  1. You will receive shares of Meghmani Orgonachem in ratio of 1:1. This will be allotted under ISIN INE0CT101020.

  2. You will recieve shares of Meghmani Finchem in the ratio of 94:1000. This will be allotted under ISIN INE071N01016.

You would’ve already received shares and can see them on Console. These shares are yet to be listed on the exchanges, once listed, you will be able to trade on Kite.

No, you don’t have to do anything. As an eligible shareholder, the shares will be automatically credited to your Demat account.
