:cry: I donā€™t know how but Iā€™ve been managing to catch the top to go long or bottom to go short, almost too perfectly - like within 20 point accuracy. This time I had strangle - closed it yesterday exactly at the top 24500+(still profitable close though) - couldā€™ve made more than double the profits if I closed today :face_exhaling:

Maybe I should pad my exit/entry points around 50 points.

Follow few good traders on Twitter, they are good at short term support and resistance levels.
I dont take trades based on their tweets, but i do take some signals or help from time to time.

This is the main reason I go against TA. When most are expecting the same thing it doesnā€™t happen. Contra works for me.
But yeah I didnā€™t sell at top yesterday and I too was expecting nifty to move higher till 24800.

FWIW, my strangle was a 24000/24700 and if I kept it till end of today this wouldā€™ve been a loss trade. If I closed it in morning, I wouldā€™ve had more than double my profits. All about timing and decisions I guess.
