Mindtree L&T offer - How can I participate

I know today is the last day for the offer from L&T to buy mindtree shares. How can I participate in this (offer my units) through Zerodha?

Time of credit of shares in demat account

I have purchased mindtree shares on 24th of June. As per t+2 settlement the shares will be credited today. As L&T is taking over mindtree I have surrendered these shares via console. The last date is 28th Jun 2019. As zerodha will be accepting shares for takeover upto 6PM today I wanted to know that by that time my shares will be available in demat or not. I have raised query on support but request is closed without looking into my issue. Regards

Is there any case where AGM has revised /cancelled the DIVIDEND?

Larsen is in process to take over MINDTREE and may not like Mindtree board recommendation of rs 20 per share Special dividend and as per media reports will oppose at AGM . it will let get the 4 rs final dividend approved . is there any case among bse/nse listed companies where dividend proposed by board has been voted out at AGM ? i think passing of special dividend require only SIMPLE RESOLUTION and not special resolution.

Today itself on last day BY 11.50 am around 25 lakh shares have been offered ( 24 lakh 99106 to be exact ).

I had raised a support ticket for Zerodha team and they reply back saying the Buy Back is not open …This is strange and confusing!!!

TOTAL quantity tendered TODAY only today by 12 .13 pm is 29 lakh 57 916 in this OPEN OFFER (not buyback ).

in open offer everybody who offered is guaranteed acceptance on proportionate basis even if the offer get oversubscribed .
the likely acceptance ratio is 80.78% if unconfirmed quantity at 3.30 pm is also taken in account . the ratio may increase if this quantity which is" yet to be confirmed " do not get confirmed AND any additional quantity is allowed to be retained as per rule.
