TQnA uses Discourse forum software. It has native mobile mode. 
You can use their app for managing multiple Discourse forum accounts:

Discourse also supports PWA. You can add it to homescreen on mobile (it’s like an app within the browser, no need to install separately). I believe it will also give you notifications then
