@Priyanshu_Verma The client ID appears to be incorrect. Could yu please DM the correct client ID? We’ll have our team update the status over a ticket.

@siva Can I use, say a gold ETF as collateral to buy say HDFC using MTF?
Reason: ETF would act as a hedge, whereas having HDFC as collateral would trigger margin calls in case of drawdowns.
Is this possible with Zerodha’s MTF?

No, it is possible that your mtf position may go down and also gold etf on same day, correlations between assets can break any time in the short term.

I’ve filled out the form, and looking forward to do MTF in Zerodha. I’m currently using another brokerage app for MTF, but not satisfied with them. Would immediately shift to Zerodha if I get beta version.

Looks like MTF is not yet enabled for GTT? someone please clarify.

my MTF just got enabled y’day. I did not receive any phone call - else would have asked them.

thanks.

This is just a beta release, GTT for mtf will take some more time.

I see, and what is the maximum drawdown for margin call/squareoff?

50% of your initial capital, provided you have no other free cash. First free cash will be debited.
