First of all mutual funds don’t issue dividends, they just sell your units and give your money back to you.

For the Dividend payout fund, What is the general timeline for payout to the primary bank account? Or Where we can track the Dividend information for the particular fund ?

The amount gets credited with maximum 5 days if paid to the user through NEFT/RTGS, if a cheque is dispatched it takes more than a weeks time.
As of now, you can check the last dividend date of the scheme on coin, if you want to check the whole table of the payout since inception you can refer to the amfi website of the mutual fund scheme AMC website.
