Yes it is applicable. The exit load differs from a fund to fund. So, you need to check exit load for your mutual fund.

Exit load is calculated for each investment/SIP done and as per the exit load mentioned in the factsheet for the month, when the fund has been purchased. We have an article explaining how this is calculated.
