Let say I have invested in one mutual fund for which I have selected weekly pay . e.g. 1000
How one can apply for ECS otherwise one need to add Rs. 1000 every week to zerodha account?

The funds will be deducted from your Zerodha trading account, so you need to ensure that the necessary balance is maintained. You can also set a standing instruction to transfer funds from your bank to Zerodha account, check this post to know the process.
