Thanks for flagging this. Franklin Templeton is a big fund house with many good funds. Those not being available in Coin is one reason against Coin.
Mirae Assets Emerging Blue Chip Fund only accepts traditional SIP whereas Coin doesn’t have SIP (the version of SIP offered by Coin is not traditional SIP).
I am also looking forward to start buying Franklin funds here at Coin. Can someone answer if we’ll be able to do that in near future?
@faisr any idea when Franklin MFs are going to be available under Direct MF plan? They are currently getting listed only as a non-direct MF plan.
Hi Param, there was some issue between bse star mf ( backend order routing system) and FT because of which we had to unlist the schemes again…it will most probably be available by next week. I will keep you posted.
hi Faisr,
after purchasing, if Zerodha unlist it again, what should be course of action for an investor who made it as SIP?
Also, i saw that most of Coin’s minimum investment requirement on monthly SIP is INR 5000, where in fund house websites , it is INR 1000 only. any particular reason for this exception?
