The demat account opening charges with Zerodha as on the website is INR 100 and INR 300 as annual maintenance charges.

Almost all brokers provide margins for Intraday. To know about Zerodha intraday margins check:

If you are referring to margin on delivery, there is talk in town, on this facility will be introduced soon.
