N100 to MON100 + 90% drop

Hey good people, hope you all are safe!

I don’t understand what happened to the N100 ETF or now called MON100 ETF. There was an 90% price drop, but charts show a less than 0.20% drop in value.

Can someone help me understand what happened?

Thanks

@ccmanners
Not sure if it could be due to this.
But also i can see the record date is 18-June

Motilal Oswal NASDAQ 100 ETF has split the face value of its shares from Rs 10 to Rs 1.

Thanks for you quick responses. I imagine there is a couple days turn around for the split share to reflect entirely in ones account?

yes.

Yes, it will take around 1 or 2 working days after the record date for the new shares to reflect in one’s account. As per Motilal’s website, the record date for the split is June 18th, 2021.

Zerodha support needs serious overhal. Support.zerodha.com page does not have direct link to raise a ticket. Since morning i was puzzled as in my Kite console I had 76 shares of N100 with and Today It was showing only 76 shares of MON100, When it should have been 760 after 1:10 split. Cannot raise any ticket in support. Zerodha.com as could not find relevant question. You cannot raise any ticket there. Been trying to contact customer care on phone and was waiting for more than half an hour now. It seems zerodha has forgotten how to do customer service and using tradingqna as it’s only official customer service portal.
