Naming Convention for Treasury Bills trading in the bond market

I could find the Naming convention for bonds, but couldn’t find or understand the naming convention for Treasury bills to search them on kite. It would be really helpful, if anyone could explain that, for reference I have already gone through these links below.

One can type tbill number to see them on market watch as below. There are 91,182 or 364 d tbills.

So 91D is number of days followed by date of expiry and -TB says it is treasury bill.

While placing a Buy order getting the below rejection, The order should be shown as open status even if there is no volume

Why this error is shown?

Already our team would have resolved the above query. Orders should be accepted whenever the exchange updates the close price.
