NASDAQ & Forex : What are the rules and limit?

  1. Trading in Forex from India is illegal, but can I trade stocks & its options in US exchanges ? or that is also not allowed by RBI ?

  2. If I can trade stocks, what is maximum limit for an Indian to invest ?

  3. Is there any Legal Brokers available in India, to open an account to trade in US exchanges ?

  4. As am Residing in India , whether I can trade in other countries exchange, like Singapore,Bangladesh,Japan ? is it legal ?

Please clarify all the 4 points…
